All of us have hard to reach goals that can seem impossible to fulfill. Using a framework or outline can make the process much easier to work through, and with progress comes motivation. An example of a framework is the Couch to 5k running program, it’s a series of podcast episodes that brings people from running for 60 seconds to 30 minutes after 9 weeks of following the routine.
