In just eight weeks of ACT therapy, patients with IBD saw significant improvements in stress and depression that stems from the disease. These improvements carried on for a minimum of 12 weeks following the therapy.

With the ACT program only requiring 90 minutes weekly for 8 weeks, it wouldn’t be too inconvenient, even for those with busy schedules.
